Work is now complete on the Ibis Styles and Mercure Hotels in Paignton and both hotels are open. Previously known as the Park Hotel and Lighthouse Hotel, both have undergone extensive alterations and refurbishments.

July 2023 update
The Donkey Sanctuary, Crystal Palace Football Training Ground and ITV's The Bay - just some of the wide variety of projects that we've worked on in the last couple of months. The Donkey Sanctuary needed some structural advice on alterations at their Buxton Sanctuary; we designed a canopy for the Training Ground at Crystal Palace FC, and provided structural advice to the locations team working at Salford University for ITV's The Bay television series.

Park Hotel, Paignton
Rhodes & Partners are working with Wilde Contracts Ltd on the new Park Hotel on the Paignton seafront, part of a multi-million redevelopment of the Torbay seafront town. The previously closed hotel will re-open as a £14million, four-storey, 161-bedroomed seafront hotel.
